Swimming pools

N owadays swimming pools are one of the elements that bring beauty to a home or public space. When it comes to building a swimming pool we must take into account its orientation in the space, if it is open or closed and keep it away from the wind, placing it to the south or south west is the best position. One of the materials that tend to be used for the construction is concrete there is also PVC and fibreglass. Those made with concrete can have more design options and we can design it according to the environment and our taste, giving it the shape, measurements and depth that we want but the disadvantage is that they are more expensive. Fibreglass pools are becoming more popular and they have advantages when it comes to purchasing them as they are more affordable and their installation is quite simple, they are quite strong as they are made of a combination between polyester resin and high resistance fibreglass. They are made in one piece which avoids problems of loss of water through filtration. They also come in various sizes and shapes and a pool can be dismantled if the owner wishes to but some work will required in order to move it. Independently from chosen styles and materials for the construction of the swimming pool, there are some new accessories for their maintenance such as robots to clean the pool bottom, temperature regulators or lighting. Pools are very dependent on their environment in order to create a coherent and practical ambiance according to the chosen style.
